Education Qualification

Essential Educational Qualifications: For Hindi, English, Mathematics, Sanskrit, Urdu and Punjabi subjects, Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with concerned subject as Optional Subject, and Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education/Government.
For Science subjects, Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Micro-Biology, Bio-Technology and Bio-Chemistry and Degree or Diploma. in Education recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education/Government.
For Social Science subjects, Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration and Philosophy, and Degree or Diploma in education recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education/Government.
And Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
Age Criteria
Must be minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2026. Note, The above posts were advertised by the Commission in the year 2022 under which the basis of calculation of age was kept as 01.01.2023. Thereafter no advertisement was issued for the said posts.
Therefore, the candidates who are of age on 01.01.2026 will be given additional relaxation of two years in the maximum age limit as per the provisions prescribed in the rules.

Online apply for RPSC Teacher Recruitment
To apply online, candidates should click on the Apply online link available on the Commission’s website https://rpse.rajasthan.gov.in or S.S.O. One Time Registration (OTR) will have to be done by logging in to the (SSO) portal https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in and selecting the Recruitment Portal available in Citizen Apps.
For doing One Time Registration (OTR) for the first time, it will be mandatory to enter the candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, secondary/equivalent examination and Aadhar card details and upload the documents.
Those candidates who have already done OTR can apply for SSO. Login to the portal https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in and select the Recruitment Portal available on Citizen Apps (G2C) and apply online on the basis of your OTR number.
After one time registration by the candidate, it will not be possible to make any kind of amendment in his/her name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, secondary/equivalent examination details and Aadhar card details in the OTR profile.
Therefore, before doing OTR, they should carefully match the details mentioned in the Aadhaar/SSO profile with the entries in the educational documents. If there is any difference in this, then proceed to fill OTR and online application form only after making necessary corrections in the entries of Aadhar Card / SSO ID.
Before filling the online application form, the candidate should check the entries in his Aadhar card like his own name, father’s name, date of birth and gender because the information is obtained automatically in One Time Registration.
If the photo in the Aadhaar card is 3 years old or more, then before applying online, update the erroneous entry and photo in the Aadhaar card so that the correct information can be entered in the application form and the photo is printed in the admit card at the time of conducting the examination. The number will be matched with the photo on the Aadhaar card.
The candidate will upload his/her live photo while filling the online application form. Before submitting the online application form, candidates should see the preview of their live photo and ensure that the photo is correct and submit the online application form.
While applying online, it will be mandatory for the candidate to upload the scanned photograph of signature and left thumb impression. During the conduct of the examination, a separate thumb impression will also be put by the candidate on the attendance sheet in the presence of an invigilator in the examination hall.
Candidates should bring a recent photo dated during the online application period to be pasted on the attendance sheet at the examination center.
To avail the facility of dictator, candidates will have to compulsorily select the option related to dictator in their online application form. If the above option is not specified, the facility of dictation will not be available.
Candidates should clearly and necessarily mention the details of all educational qualifications/experience acquired till the last date of application in the application form.
If such previously acquired educational qualification/experience is not mentioned in the application form, then such qualification/experience will not be considered after the last date of application. Only educational qualifications/experience acquired after the last date of application can be added later.
After applying online, the applicant will necessarily receive the application number and if the application number is not mentioned or received, it means that his application has not been submitted. Preview of the application form will not be considered as application submission.

Applicants should apply online in the category under which they are eligible to apply. The Commission will be free to take action against the candidate as per rules for giving wrong information/hiding the facts.
Applicants belonging to Creamy Layer category of Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class of Rajasthan State and Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class (Creamy Layer and Non-Creamy Layer)/Economically Weaker Section of states other than Rajasthan State. Applicants come under general category.
Therefore, such applicants will have to apply under general category only. After filling the online application form, candidates must take a printout of the hard copy of the application form.
After filling the online application form, candidates should visit the Exam Dashboard on the website of the Commission from time to time because all the information related to the examinations/recruitment of the Commission is displayed/uploaded on the website of the Commission. Separate information/letter is not issued.
Apart from filling the online application form as per the above procedure, the Commission will not accept any kind of online or offline/hand filled application form under any circumstances and no kind of offline correspondence will be accepted.
